About

Everdry of Southeastern Michigan has been loyally serving homeowners and the community at large for more than 20 years. Since then, the company has serviced more than 7,500 homes in the Metro Detroit area with an outstanding record with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General. President Jeff Schleuning, who has been with the company since it opened its doors in 1988, serves on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Michigan Better Business Bureau.

The company evaluates each basement with the foundation in mind — utilizing a proven patented process that corrects the problem from the inside and outside, ensuring a permanent solution. The 55 employees who deliver this quality service are the best in the business. Many have been with the company for more than 15 years — longer than most waterproofers have been in the business.

Schleuning and his employees have a deep commitment to the communities they serve and support several non profit organizations, including Special Olympics Michigan, Volunteers of America Michigan, Troy People Concerned, Juvenile Diabetes, Penrickton Center for Blind Children, and the Salvation Army.

Everdry of Southeastern Michigan holds memberships with the Better Business Bureau, National Association of Remodeling Industry, the National Association of Waterproofing & Structural Repair Contractors, the Building Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan, and the Troy and Royal Oak Chambers of Commerce.
